Introduction 
2nd Annual International Conference on Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Information Science [EEEIS2016] will be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China during December 2nd~4th , 2016. EEEIS2016 will provide an excellent international Academic forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Software Engineering and Information Technology. The conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of Software Engineering and Information Technology aspects. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform to the global researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.

Publication 
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. EEEIS2016 proceedings will be published by World Scientific Publishing Company and be submitted by World Scientific Publishing Company for EI and ISTP indexing.

Paper submission due to: October 23rd, 2016
After authors submit manuscripts to EEEIS2016, the Organizer will reply Paper ID and reviewing period to authors within 1-2 workdays.
If a paper is accepted by EEEIS2016 after reviewing, the Organizer will email acceptance letter and registration file to the author. If authors have any questionsabout EEEIS2016, they can contact the Organizer.
